15. Emergency Medical Card

 

Important medical information can be provided to our card manufacturer who will reduce & transfer the medical information form to microfilm built into a plastic card. A built in magnifying lens accompanies personnel.

 

The Emergency Medical Card is flexible durable & about the size of a credit card, making it easily stored & carried in a purse or wallet.
